At Wax Candy Australia, each order is packed with care and love – we want you to enjoy your goodies just as much as we enjoy creating them! That said, because of the nature of our products, we do have a firm (but kind!) refund policy in place.

❌ No Refunds for Change of Mind

As our products are either edible, scented, or temperature-sensitive, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental orders

• Disliking a scent, flavour, or product after use

• Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout

We hope you understand that once a product has left our hands, we cannot resell or reuse it — so all sales are final.

📦 Incorrect or Damaged Items

We always aim to get it right the first time — but if something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help!

If you receive an incorrect item or something arrives damaged due to a packing issue on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s) and the damage

• Photos of the packaging, including the outside of the parcel

• A brief description of the issue

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers or postal services

• Parcels marked as "delivered" but not received

• Lost, stolen, or undeliverable parcels

• Items damaged during shipping or due to heat/weather conditions

• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout and monitor your tracking info once your order has been dispatched.
