• Orders can be placed online 24/7.

• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This confirms we’ve received your order but does not guarantee acceptance or stock availability.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

📦 2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Wax Candy Australia is not liable for:

  • Delays during transit

  • Lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels

  • Parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

📷 3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’re here to help!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the packaging, including the outer satchel or box

• Your order number and a short description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right.

💳 4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST (exc. GST).

• GST (Goods & Services Tax) is added at checkout where applicable.

• We accept secure payment via major payment providers.

Due to the nature of our products (including hygiene and perishable concerns), we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental orders

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
