📦 2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Wax Candy Australia is not liable for:

Delays during transit

Lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels

Parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If something arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’re here to help!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the packaging, including the outer satchel or box

Your order number and a short description of the issue
We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right.
