At Wax Candy Australia, we do our absolute best to pack and send your order quickly and carefully because we know you're excited to receive your goodies!
While the following Shipping Policy outlines our official terms, please know that we’re always happy to help where we can.
If something unexpected comes up, don’t hesitate to reach out – even though we have set policies in place, we’re here to assist and will always see what we can do to make things right. 💌
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Dispatch Times

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days from the time of purchase.

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

During busy periods, sales, or launches, dispatch may take a little longer – but we always work hard to get your order out as fast as possible!
🚚 Shipping & Tracking

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services and Australia Post.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been sent – keep an eye on it so you know when your parcel is on its way!

Wax Candy Australia is not responsible for delays once the parcel has left our hands.
📦 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Metro areas are usually quicker than rural or remote areas.

Please note: delivery time estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Things like weather, public holidays, and shipping network issues can slow things down – we appreciate your patience!
💌 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels
Once your parcel is marked as "shipped" and handed over to the carrier, it’s officially in their care.
Wax Candy Australia is not responsible for:

Lost or missing parcels

Parcels marked as "delivered" but not received

Items stolen after delivery

Delays due to incorrect addresses
If something’s gone missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.
📷 Damaged Parcels
We pack your order with lots of love (and bubble wrap!), but sometimes things happen on the way. If your items arrive damaged, don’t stress – we’ll do our best to help!
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the packaging, including the outside of the satchel/box

Your order number and a short description of the issue
Once we’ve received your photos and details, our team will review everything and get back to you as soon as we can.

🚫 Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout! If an order is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we can’t take responsibility for:

Delays in delivery

Lost parcels

Parcels returned to us

Re-shipping costs (these will be charged again if you’d like it sent back out)
📦 Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select Authority to Leave, your parcel will be left at your delivery address without a signature.

Wax Candy Australia is not liable for any parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after being left unattended.
If you'd prefer to sign for your order, please choose a signed delivery option (where available).
